Hi! I’m Dana

I’m so glad you’re here. Whatever is bringing you to therapy makes sense—we all do the best we can with what we have, and sometimes, we just need space to process, heal, and reconnect with ourselves.

As a therapist, I bring warmth, curiosity, and a grounding presence to my work. My goal is for you to feel truly seen and supported as you navigate life’s challenges, deepen self-awareness, and build self-compassion. I don’t believe healing has a timeline—it’s a lifelong process of understanding yourself more fully and learning to trust your own inner wisdom.

Outside of therapy, I love unplanned walks, tending to my (sometimes thriving) plants, and trying to guess what my child will eat for a snack—a task that keeps me humble!

If you’re looking for a space to explore, heal, and reconnect with yourself, I’d love to walk alongside you.

"No matter where I go, I always find my way back to myself."

— Audre Lorde

My Story

Motherhood cracked me WIDE OPEN. It left me feeling raw, in pieces, overwhelmed, lost, and anxious—all at once. In the midst of that unraveling, a part of me knew I didn’t have to feel this way forever. I reached for therapy, for a space to untangle the overwhelm, and that choice changed everything. Healing wasn’t about fixing what was broken—it was about reconnecting with the parts of me that had been waiting to be heard.

Becoming a mother transformed not just how I see myself, but how I see the world. It revealed the quiet, unseen struggles so many women carry—identity shifts that leave us feeling unmoored, the crushing weight of expectations, the deep longing to feel at home within ourselves again. I know what it’s like to feel disconnected, to wrestle with emotions that don’t always make sense, to wonder if you’ll ever feel like you again.

That’s why this work is more than a profession to me—it’s a calling. I am here to hold space for women navigating the tender, complex, and often messy journey of growth and change. I believe in the power of self-awareness, in the stories we tell ourselves (and the ones we need to rewrite), and in the wisdom our bodies hold. When we learn to listen—to our emotions, our nervous system, our deepest selves—healing unfolds in ways we never expected.

You don’t have to do this alone. You don’t have to hold it all. There is a way back to yourself. And I would be honored to walk that path with you.

My Approach

Let’s be honest—the world often asks too much of women, leaving us feeling depleted, disconnected, and like we’re never quite enough. My approach is about helping you break free from that cycle. Together, we’ll create a space where you can lay down the weight of expectations, explore what’s holding you back, and reconnect with the parts of you that have been waiting to be seen.

Healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about understanding yourself with compassion, recognizing the patterns that have shaped you, and learning to trust yourself again. In our work, we’ll untangle the beliefs that tell you to put yourself last, peel back layers of self-doubt, and create space for something different—something that feels more aligned, more grounded, and more yours.

I use a blend of proven therapeutic approaches, always with the goal of helping you move from self-criticism to self-compassion, from survival mode to a place of steadiness and trust. There is no perfect timeline for this work, no one-size-fits-all approach—only a path that unfolds in your own time, in your own way.

I believe in the power of this process because I’ve lived it—both in my own life and in the lives of the women I’ve had the privilege to support.

You don’t have to do this alone. There is space for you here.

Education & Training

I believe that being an effective therapist requires a commitment to lifelong learning. My formal education and specialized certifications have provided a strong foundation, but I continuously seek advanced training to deepen my knowledge and refine my skills.
